Tired to waste time and energy on a daily basis ?
When a new task is coming, I suggest you to use the 4-D method to analyse and perform it on an efficient manner :
DO IT: if it your responsibility to perform this task immediately ;
DELAY IT: if you can perform this task later ;
DELEGATE IT: if this task can be performed by someone else (do not forget to follow up...) ;
DELETE IT: if this task is not significant for you or for someone else.
